Privacy Policy

X-ray Vision uses information you submit to operate accounts, publish job and professional summaries, and manage introductions. This private test is for invited evaluation. Use test information and do not submit patient records or sensitive third-party material.

Information collected. Account email and authentication details; your chosen account type and organization; job or candidate-profile fields; private candidate name and contact details; uploaded CVs/resumes; saved listings, searches and notes; inquiries, requests and consent decisions; and technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Who can see it. Published jobs are visible within the marketplace. Discoverable candidate summaries show professional information and a masked identifier to eligible employer accounts. Your name, contact details and uploaded document are kept separately and shared with a requesting employer's organization only after you accept its introduction. Account owners can see their own private records. Authorized operators may access records to provide support and investigate problems.

Messages and service providers. Inquiries and introduction notices are stored in the relevant workspaces. When email delivery is configured, transactional messages may be sent to permitted test recipients. Hosting, authentication, file storage and message-delivery providers process information to supply those functions. The private beta does not use advertising trackers or sell profile information.

Your controls. Edit or unpublish your profile, remove an uploaded document, delete postings, and accept, decline or revoke introductions through your workspace. Revocation prevents future access through X-ray Vision; it cannot recall copies an employer already obtained. Contact the team that invited you for account removal or other information requests.

Retention and protection. Active records are retained while needed for the selected account features. Deleting a posting removes it from marketplace access; limited operational, consent and recovery records may remain until no longer needed. Access checks, private file storage and encrypted connections protect private records. Session cookies maintain your login. Signing out clears the application's session.

External sites. Employer application links leave X-ray Vision. Information you provide there is governed by that site's policies. Review those policies before submitting an application.

This policy is paired with the User Agreement. Public-launch operator contact details and policy changes will be supplied before broader release.
