User Agreement

This agreement governs your use of the X-ray Vision private beta. The service helps radiology professionals and employers discover opportunities and request introductions. The private beta is for invited evaluation; use test information while the team verifies the service.

Your account. Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and use only accounts and organization records you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for content and actions submitted through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to the team that invited you.

Your content. Submit only jobs, profile information and documents that you have permission to share. Do not upload patient information, confidential third-party records, unlawful material, misleading job offers or harmful files. You retain your rights to your content and allow X-ray Vision to store and display it as needed to provide the features you select.

Candidate consent. Publishing an anonymous profile allows employers to discover its professional summary. Keep identifying information out of that summary. An introduction request does not reveal your contact information or CV. Acceptance permits the requesting employer's organization to access your identity and uploaded document. Revocation stops future access through this service, but cannot remove information already downloaded by that employer. Employers must use candidate information only for the requested recruitment purpose and respect decisions to decline or withdraw.

Listings and hiring. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their listings and hiring practices. Imported listings link to employer career sites and may change or close. Verify details with the original employer. X-ray Vision does not make employment decisions, verify professional credentials or guarantee placement, compensation or availability.

Pricing. Basic listings are free. The displayed promoted-listing rate is $50 per job per month. No payment is collected and no automatic subscription is started during this private beta. Test promotions are temporary. Any future paid service requires its applicable price and terms to be presented before activation.

Availability and removal. The private beta may be interrupted or changed during testing. You can unpublish or delete postings and revoke introductions in your workspace. The team may restrict access or remove content that violates this agreement. Keep a copy of documents you need.

Privacy and changes. The Privacy Policy describes information handling. The version and time of your acceptance are recorded. Material changes will be presented for review. Public-launch terms and operator contact details will be supplied before the service is opened beyond this private test.
